Thank you for choosing Arcade King for your home arcade machine! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfying experience. Please carefully review our terms and conditions before making a purchase.

1. 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy:
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Arcade King machine. Therefore, we offer a 3-day trial period starting from the date of delivery. During this time, you can thoroughly test and enjoy your new arcade machine. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied within these three days, you may contact us to arrange for a return and refund. Please note that after the 3-day trial period has elapsed, all sales are considered final, and we will not accept any refunds or returns.  Buyer will pay for return shipping and ensure product is in original new condition.  A 20% restocking fee will be also paid by the buyer.

2. Age Restriction:
Our products are designed for individuals aged 12 years and older. By purchasing from Arcade King, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or that the purchase is being made by a legal guardian on behalf of someone who meets the age requirement and will be supervised appropriately.

3. Limitation of Liability for Damage and Injury:
By purchasing and using any product from Arcade King, the buyer explicitly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Assumption of Risk: The buyer understands that the use of arcade machines, like any electronic or mechanical device, carries inherent risks.

• No Liability for Damage or Injury: Arcade King (and its owners, employees, and affiliates) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any injury, loss, or harm, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or economic loss, arising from or in connection with the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use our products. This includes, without limitation, damages or injuries resulting from improper assembly, improper use, lack of supervision (especially for users under 18), electrical issues, component failure, or any other cause.

• Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the safe and proper installation, operation, maintenance, and supervision of the purchased product. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all instructions and warnings provided with the product and to exercise caution during use.

• Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arcade King from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the buyer's use or misuse of our products.

4. Acceptance of Terms:
By completing your purchase with Arcade King, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions outlined above. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Arcade King regarding your purchase.
